We germinate the seeds here and post them out to you in a way that allows them to continue growing in the post this service is only available to the Uk as the seeds wont survive the trip however we can post our dry seed internationally 

In your packet you will receive your Germinated seeds these should be planted as soon as possible at the latest within 48 hours of receipt,if you cannot plant them quickly please purchase dry seeds from us

With the Kumquat seed it will be green and the seed pod should be opening with a root and possibly some leaves showing although the leaves may not be visible and thats ok we post them when clear signs of germination appear and they continue to germinate in the post
